NATtrol Enterovirus (EV) Panel (NATEVP-C) is formulated with purified, intact virus particles that have been chemically modified to render them non-infectious and refrigerator stable. NATEVP-C panel contains 20 x 0.2 mL vials each containing viral NATtrol targets listed in Table 1. Each panel contains 3 tubes of each of the Enterovirus Positive members and 5 tubes of the Enterovirus Negative member (Parechovirus 1). The panel members are supplied in a purified protein matrix that mimics the composition of a true clinical specimen.

NATtrol EV Panel is designed to evaluate the performance of nucleic acid tests for determination of the presence of Enterovirus nucleic acids. NATEVP-C can also be used for verification of clinical assays, development of diagnostic tests and training of laboratory personnel. NATEVP-C contains intact viral particles and should be run in a manner identical to that used for clinical specimens.
