Following SDS electrophoresis, SARS-CoV-2 lysate proteins were blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane and incubated with a 1:100 dilution of SARS-CoV-2 immune goat serum. An alkaline phosphatase-labeled rabbit anti-goat IgG was used as a secondary antibody and NBT/BCIP as substrate solution to develop signal.
