Pricing Policy

For deliveries within the European Union :

Free delivery for orders with total value above EUR 930, GBP 790 and USD 983. For orders below these values, shipping costs are charged.

Dry ice orders : free delivery for dry ice orders with total value above EUR 1165, GBP 985 and USD 1233. For dry Ice orders below these values, shipping costs are charged.

For combined orders each minimum has to be applied as the different products will be shipped separately.

For deliveries outside the European Union :

Shipping costs are not included in our price. The best delivery solution is suggested by our Customer Service team, (FEDEX, TNT, DHL, UPS or cargo airfreight). This is to ensure delivery of orders in the best conditions at the best price. Shipping with customer’s courier account or forwarding agent is also possible for which handling of EUR 25, CHF 25, GBP 20 or USD 25 will be applied.

Our products are shipped as research products, diagnostics (custom code 3822.1900) or Biological products of Human origin (Harmonised custom Code 3002.0010 or 0090, UN3373 – Biological substance category B or A) .

With refrigeration and freezer capability, HHC offers logistics services from our warehouse in the Geneva freeport zone to any destination worldwide. IATA regulations are applied by our experienced team in order to ensure safe delivery of biotechnology products and equipment.

For all destinations :

For every dry ice order, a specific dry ice charge of EUR 60, CHF 60, GBP 50 or USD 60 is applicable.

For orders including products with different shipping and storage temperatures, products will be shipped separately.
